TITLE 126 PROCEDURAL RULE BOARD OF EDUCATION - SERIES 28

This procedural rule establishes the criteria for approving and operating programs for four year old children and three year old children as mandated under federal law and herein after is referred to as West Virginia’s Pre-k System (WV Pre-k).
